The Yachting Financial Solutions Voyager + is a Victory Life Global Growth Bond linked to a series of investment strategies exclusively available to clients of Yachting Financial Solutions.
The investment is designed to operate over the medium-long (5–10 year) term,and is extremely flexible.
- The Victory Life Bond has a simple charging structure: 100% invested at outset. 1% initial set up charge. 0.425% per quarter policy charge years 1–5, drops to 0.125% per quarter year 5 onwards.
- Victory Life reserve these charges in cash in advance for the first five year period, if you surrender the bond within the initial five year period, any remaining cash reserved will be retained by Victory Life.

You can choose between funds with little or no correlation to world stock markets or a dynamic stock market portfolio, selected by Yachting Financial Solutions in conjunction with Eburacum, a leading independent fund distributor.

Initially conceived as the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of non stock market related funds. This strategy is aimed not only for future growth, but to avoid the short term volatility that stock market funds clearly may have over the immediate future. Following overwhelming client demand, now with a further dynamic stock market option.
Funds
Having looked hard at the funds available from all our providers, it was clear none had the full collection of innovative funds we needed, so we took the decision to explore the idea of creating our own collection of bespoke strategies. We’ve worked closely with Eburacum, a leading independent fund distributor to do just that; creating a unique “best of breed” set of strategies not only non-correlated to world stock markets, but now also offering a stock market option using some of the best fund managers in the World.
Structure
Whilst reviewing fund availability and in turn the offshore holding structures available, it also became clear that many of our current providers in interpreting EU and FATF regulation, were making it even more difficult (in some cases impossible) to deal with our yachting clients. With our own regulatory status in Ireland, we are now able to move outside this arena and have chosen a provider that will be able to provide a long term service to our clients wherever they may be in the world.

+ YFSOL 4 Dynamic Stock Market Strategy
In response to client demand, for a stock market related strategy using the same 21st century principles already being used in our successful non stock market strategies YFSOL 1–3, in June 2010 we launched YFSOL4 which is an entirely stock market related strategy aiming to maximize investment growthin worldwide stock markets by using the best managers we can find .
In particular we aim to focus on “new emerging markets” such as Estonia, Turkey and Chile., we are looking heavily at Africa as the “new opportunity”.

+ YFSOL Trader online trading facility
YFSOL Trader is a “self managed” strategy available within bonds in excess of EUR 50k.
It provides an online trading account within Voyager allowing clients to trade themselves on 145+ FX crosses (incl. Spot Gold/Silver), 6000+ CFDs, 16Index-tracking CFDs, ETFs, stocks from 22 exchanges, as well as FX Options, Futures contracts and other derivatives.
The facility is an online Saxo Bank trading account held within the bond structure.
Minimum account size is EUR 10k, maximum to equal the amount held via YFSOL strategies 1–4 within the same bond, e.g. EUR 100k total, can have up to EUR 50K in YFSOL Trader, the remainder MUST be in YFSOL 1–4.
